We come out and give you a free estimate, and then give you a schedule for the work. Once we have started on a job, we stay until it's finished--we don't jump back and forth from job to job. This is especially important for new construction: until the roof is on, many other trades cannot start their work--we make sure the building process doesn't get held up. We come on schedule and finish on schedule.

For tear-offs, we send large crews to complete the job asap. In a single day, we do not tear-off more than we can shingle back up. This helps keep your home from being vulnerable to quickly changing weather. We also recycle all torn off shingles; they do NOT go to the landfill!

When we are done with the job, the job site is cleaned thouroughly, and swept over with a magnet for any loose nails. We do our best to keep your yard and driveway safe for you and your family after we're gone.

All jobs include a 5 year warranty; preferred contractor warranties are also available if requested. Shingles Etc., Inc. is fully licensed and insured.
